2. Service Description
The service includes private transportation with a professional driver between specified locations at the agreed date and time.

3. Payment
Payments are made securely online by credit card through authorized payment providers.

4. Service Performance
The service is performed on the scheduled date and time provided by the buyer during reservation.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of transportation services provided on a specific date and time, the right of withdrawal may be limited as stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
