Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show
If the customer does not appear at the pickup location or cannot be reached at the provided contact details, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

3. Delays & Changes
Changes to pickup time or location are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used during the reservation.
